1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Girlfriend AI at https://girlfriendai.free. By visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any AI companion roleplay feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    2. Age Requirement

    Girlfriend AI is a strictly 18+ adult platform. You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

    By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that use of an adult AI girlfriend chat service is lawful where you live, and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts we believe belong to minors.

    • You will not help anyone under 18 access the service

    3. Description of Service

    The service provides AI Girlfriend chat and related companion roleplay features for entertainment purposes. Responses are generated by software and may be fictional, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate despite our safety efforts.

    The service does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. It is not a substitute for human relationships, professional care, or crisis services. Features may change over time, including character options, memory behavior, message limits, pricing, and availability.

      4. User Accounts

      Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and use only accounts registered to you. We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service.

        Account Creation

        When you create an account, you must provide truthful information and complete any required verification steps. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone else without permission, or use false identity details to avoid our rules.

          Account Security

          You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident, contact legal@girlfriendai.free promptly and change your password if possible.

            5. Acceptable Use

            You may use the service only in a lawful and respectful way. You may not use it to violate rights, harm others, interfere with the platform, or create legal or safety risk for us, our providers, or other users.

            • Do not upload, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
            • Do not use the service for harassment, threats, stalking, hate, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual content
            • Do not impersonate real people, defame others, or invade privacy
            • Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security or access controls
            • Do not use the service to commit fraud, spam, or other illegal acts
            • Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or share

            6. Content and Intellectual Property

            The service includes software, prompts, design, branding, character systems, and other materials protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

              Our Content

              We or our licensors own all rights in the site and service, including the Girlfriend AI name, logos, interface, code, and original content. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms.

                User-Generated Content

                You retain rights you may have in prompts, messages, and other content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, enforce, and improve the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to submit it.

                  7. Premium Features and Payments

                  Some features may require payment, including subscriptions, credits, or other premium access. Prices, billing intervals, and included features will be shown at the time of purchase. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

                  Taxes may apply depending on your location. We may change pricing or packaging prospectively, but changes will not affect a current billing period already paid for unless the law allows otherwise.

                    Subscription Plans

                    If you enroll in a recurring plan, it may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the billing settings or payment provider tools made available to you.

                      Refunds

                      Refunds are handled according to the terms presented at checkout, applicable law, and any payment provider rules. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for used subscription periods, consumed credits, or delivered digital features are generally non-refundable.

                        8. Service Availability

                        We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, model behavior, vendor failures, and security events may affect access or performance.

                        We may add, remove, suspend, or change features at any time. We are not liable for delays, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

                          9. Limitation of Liability

                          To the fullest extent allowed by law, Girlfriend AI and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

                          To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

                            10. Indemnification

                            You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Girlfriend AI and its owners, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

                            We may assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

                              11. Termination

                              You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay fees when due, or if continued access could expose us or others to harm or legal liability.

                              Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

                                12. Changes to Terms

                                We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on https://girlfriendai.free, and the updated Terms will apply from the time they are published unless stated otherwise.

                                If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

                                  13. Governing Law

                                  These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which Girlfriend AI operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where consumer protection law requires otherwise. You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to the service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

                                  Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
